Smart Goods Receipt
Simply equip the employees responsible for incoming stocks with IFTTT-Do-Buttons on their company cell phone or tablet, connect them to GroupLotse and add them to a Telegram group and/or a Slack or Teams Channel.
After goods have been received, the responsible department/group (e.g. laundry) can be easily informed with a click that goods have arrived and are ready for collection.
Easy Group Administration
The group members can be easily adjusted at any time by the administrator via Slack, Telegram or Teams. For example, new employees or service providers can be easily integrated or removed from the group.
After triggering the Do button, the Smart Group Assistant coordinates the relevant group/department and ensures that a team member confirms that they will pick up the goods.
The reminder function ensures that someone in the group takes care of the case. It can be avoided that – as is so often the case – everyone relies on another and the work ultimately remains unfinished.
Automatic actions (e.g. reporting) can also be set. For example, using google sheets and IFTTT, each pick-up information is recorded in a report with time and department.
