Slack, Microsoft Teams or Telegram

Create your personal GroupLotse for your teams in Slack, Microsoft Teams or Telegram. Simply add the GroupLotse app to your channels or groups.

Group decisions

Configure your GroupLotses so that they offer your teams different options (application control, call, text message) when certain interface messages have been received.

Interface trigger

The control of AI, IoT or cloud applications can be done either via our WebHook server or our MQTT broker. The interface triggers can also be combined with text messages.

Info about group decisions

When a team member selects a group decision option, the team is immediately informed that an action option (e.g. interface trigger) has been triggered and who did it. This way, everyone is always up to date.

Reminder function

You can configure your GroupLots to remind your teams that no one has responded to an interface message yet.

Call funktion

The call function allows you to be automatically informed by your GroupLotses about all new relevant interface messages.

Direct actions

Your GroupLotse can automatically control AI, IoT or cloud applications when forwarding interface messages in channels (Slack, Microsoft Teams) or groups (Telegram). In addition, automatic call notification can also be set.

Filter function

Our filter function allows you to define which interface message your GroupLotse should forward to a channel (Slack, Microsoft Teams) or a chat group (Telegram). Positive and negative lists are available for this purpose.

Connect AI, IoT and Cloud Applications

WebHooks (bidirectional)

WebHooks allow you to notify a server software that a certain event has occurred and to trigger a response to the event. If your AI, IoT or cloud services allow you to set up WebHooks, you can easily connect them to your GroupLotse. Through WebHooks, your GroupLotse can thus receive the information that an event has occurred and also trigger a reaction to this event. The communication is bidirectional, so it works in both directions.

MQTT (bidirectional)

Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) is an open network protocol for machine-to-machine communication (M2M) that enables the transmission of data in the form of messages between devices. And it does so even in the presence of major time delays, e.g., due to limited network quality! All AI, IoT or cloud services that support machine-to-machine communication (M2M) via MQTT can be connected to your GroupLotse via our MQTT broker. Messages can be sent as well as received. This means that communication between devices is bidirectional, i.e. it works in both directions.

E-Mail

One of the most common ways of communication is email. Our email server allows your AI, IoT, or cloud services – that can send emails – to connect with your GroupLotse. Emails are assigned to your GroupLotse via an unique sender email address, or a recipient email address which is set up especifically for one specificGroupLotse.

SMS

The same logic applies to SMS as to emails. All AI, IoT or cloud services that send SMS can be connected to your GroupLots through our SMS server. The connection to your GroupLotses is done either by the phone number of the sender or an unique user ID (UID) in the message text.
