  • Thousands of risk management reports are sent out every day and should be monitored by a team member

  • Google Sheet allows for easy sharing of financial information, but notifying employees and clarifying responsibilities isn't built into the tool

Solution

  • As soon as a risk limit (monitored in a specific cell) is exceeded, GroupLotse informs the responsible team in a team channel and asks who takes care of fixing it

  • The team can discuss and respond to the topic directly in the team channel, and share some additional information. A part of the Google Sheet with a broken limit will be edited automatically
